A Half Day immersion to pause, exhale and reconnect with you.

This is not a space where you need to be fixed and you do not need to be the strongest version of yourself. This is created to simply arrive as you are.

During our time together you will be held, seen and supported.

It is a space nestled in nature, a moment to connect to Mother Earth and time devoted completly to you.

Through gentle practices, deep reflection, breathwork, guided meditation and powerful self discovery, you will be invited to slowly release the weight you have been carrying.

What it will look like:

Date: Saturday 10th October 2026.

Arrival time: 10:00am for a 10:30am start.

Aprox immersion length time: 4 Hours

Location: Kalbar, QLD.
