Each morning pack walk with my crew is spent in active meditation.
It's a powerful way to start the day, regroup, regroup, and reconnect (to ourselves, our dogs, our Creator, and Nature).
Doing this benefits our dogs, as well.
Oftentimes, it's our fear stories and emotional residue from past experiences driving our walks.
It's not so much as "who is leading who", as much as it is WHAT is leading. Is it angst? Fear? Nervousness? Anxiety? Dread?
This is information, and is also shaping how our dogs perceive us and the world around them.
