• This map is around about 70/80% finished. RNLI Station is complete and surrounding although there is not a lot of roads. Map is roleplayable but could do with more roads etc.

• Things such as bullet. flare, Missile physics have been added for a more realistic setting
• No vehicles included
• Only teams added are RNLI and council.
• Camera Shake and spin animations are in game.
• Background noise added (Seagulls), Contact us if you want anymore sounds and we can sort it.
• RNLI Boat Station has no automatic lights, You need to turn lights on manually (For a more realistic setting)
• All doors in RNLI Station, Police Office and boat station work, You can press the handle for it open, You can also add a group only scripts to the doors.
• There is a Rowling club although not complete
