You've probably been handed two kinds of advice.

The first says push through it. No excuses, pain is weakness leaving the body. You've tried that. It hurt you, or it scared you, or it left you flat on your back for days afterward.

The second says take it easy. Gentle movement, be careful. That advice means well, but it never lets you get strong. It quietly tells you that strength isn't for people like you.

Both are wrong!

You can build real strength with a body that has limits. You just need a way to train that respects what your body is actually dealing with. That's what this program is!

How it works

Every workout is written at three levels: Green, Yellow, and Red. Before each session, you pick the one that matches how your body actually feels that day. Good day? You do the full version and you build. Tired, low energy? You do an easier version of the same movement, and you still make progress. Flare day, wiped out? You do gentle movement, or you rest with zero guilt, because resting on a Red day is following the program. It isn't failing it.

That single idea is why this works when other programs haven't. Your body changes day to day. Your training should too.

What's inside

Eight movements that cover everything your body needs to do: squat, hinge, push, pull, core, and conditioning. Each written at all three readiness levels, with easier and harder versions so it fits whether you're starting from scratch or coming back after years away.

Everything is bodyweight. No equipment to buy, nothing to set up. A wall, a sturdy chair, a bit of floor space, and a door. (Yes, a door. You'll see.)

Three sessions a week, 35-45 minutes each. The same eight movements every time, so you stop guessing and start getting good at them. A self-guiding progress rule that means your own body tells you when to advance, and no complicated math. Printable tracking pages you can write on by hand, no app required. And a focus on how you move. Slow, controlled, with real emphasis on the lowering half of every rep. It's what makes these movements build genuine strength and keeps them safe. Most programs never mention it.

Who I am, and why I built this

I spent three years as a certified personal trainer, working with real clients and real bodies including plenty that struggled at times with their own conditions, and I know it from the inside too.

I was diagnosed with juvenile psoriatic arthritis at 14 and spent nearly two years in pain, some days unable to get out of bed. Exercise is what gave me my life back. Then at 21 I had a blood clot in my lung, and later an autoimmune clotting disorder that's been part of my life for over a decade now. I train almost every day, not because my body is easy, but because it gives me something to work toward. It gives me hope. It gives me the freedom to live a healthier life, even when I don't get the option to live the healthiest one.

I built this program because it's the one I needed, and it didn't exist.

Who this is for

People who want to get genuinely strong but have real reasons to be careful. People with chronic conditions, old injuries, joint pain, fatigue, limited mobility, or simply a long time away from training and a fear of getting hurt. If you've been told to take it easy and you've hated it, this is for you.

Who this isn't for

If you're looking for a fast transformation, a shredding program, or someone to yell "no excuses" at you, this isn't that, and I'd rather tell you now.

Before you start

This program teaches fitness; it isn't medical advice. If you have a health condition, please talk to your doctor before starting and make sure strength training is right for you. Your medical team knows your body. Follow their guidance first. This program is designed to work within that guidance, not around it.

One last thing

I'm not going to be the guy who says "no excuses, I did it, so can you."

What I want is to invite you to make a choice when you're ready. Not before. When you're ready to make a genuinely positive change, know this: it starts changing in the right direction from day one. Future you will be proud that you started. And future you won't want to quit.

That's how you unlock what your body can do.
