There are no lights on this model. It is only there to show that they are hollow.

Added a Unity package. Poiyomi shaders used.

no .unityproject file thought this would be a spawnable prop that you could place on an avatar, discription on store page doesnt show any detail

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. This item was listed as an asset or prop and not a prefab. It can be easily placed on an avatar or in a world as an asset or toggle.
