Sandy Gowland is a Wiccan practitioner, writer, and teacher who focuses on helping people understand Wicca in a calm, grounded, and practical way. She has been practicing Wicca since 2014 and was drawn to the path through a desire for clarity, ethics, and a deeper connection to nature.
Her teaching emphasizes awareness over performance, responsibility over fear, and simple, thoughtful practice over rigid rules. Sandy believes Wicca does not need to be complicated or intimidating to be meaningful, and that everyone deserves permission to begin gently and thoughtfully.
When she’s not writing or teaching, Sandy lives a nature-centered life and continues her own practice through reflection, seasonal awareness, and everyday mindfulness.
