Bilingual Counting Workbook — Chinese-English Early Numeracy (Ages 4–8)
Most counting worksheets just ask kids to trace a number. This one asks them to read it, add it, and write it — in both Mandarin and English.
The workbook builds number sense across three exercise types. First, kids look at pictures of everyday objects and pick the right number from three choices — written in Chinese characters, pinyin, and English, so every answer teaches the number three ways at once. Then they move to addition: count a starting number, add the pictured objects, and write the total as both a Chinese character (五) and an English word (five). Finally, kids read full Mandarin phrases — 三本书, 七辆自行车, 九条鱼 — and draw the matching quantity, practicing reading comprehension and number recognition at the same time.
Every page is bilingual (中-英) with pinyin. No prep needed — just print and hand it over.
