Mom-Daughter I Love ME! Workshop (Moms & Girls Ages 9+) 

Online via Zoom (1-2 mom-daughter pairs)

Join this interactive workshop where both you and your daughter will learn how to recognize, affirm, and be proud of your unique qualities.

Let's celebrate the awesomeness of the mom-daughter relationship and create some wonderful memories that will last for a lifetime.

Here’s what we'll do:

• Ice-breaker game to get started
• Mindfulness activity to set our intention
• Mom-daughter pair activity to reflect on what makes us unique and perfect just the way we are
• "I Love ME!" card to be reminded of our inside-out beauty and of the strong mom-daughter bond.

More details 

• The workshop lasts 60-75 min and is online, live, via Zoom, from the comfort of your own home.
• After purchase, I will contact you to schedule a date and time that works for you.
• You must have access to a computer with webcam and a quiet space to attend.
• The activities are appropriate for moms with girls ages 9+.
• All materials will be sent, as a .zip file, via email. 
• You need access to a printer (though not mandatory), pens, paper, and coloring crayons for the "I Love ME!" card.
• No refunds, please - unless I need to cancel. We can reschedule or you can use all materials and instructions at home.
