Hi! I'm Delia, I'm a confidence coach for children and young adults. I've been teaching, coaching and mentoring children ages 5-23 for almost 8 years. 

My mission is to inspire, support, and empower children to reach their full potential by helping them build positive self-esteem and powerful self-confidence.

In my coaching practice, I use a model called the WISDOM System for Coaching Children from Adventures in Wisdom and a variety of activities, thought-provoking discussions, role-play, and fun games.

I'm also the author of a children’s book “Helena the Happy Hippo” and a coloring book: “100 Mandalas with Positive Affirmations for Kids and Teens”, which I use extensively in my coaching programs.
