Enhanced MTA:SA Login Panel for OWL Gaming

Introducing the login panel designed for the latest version of the Owl Gaming gamemode for MTA:SA.

This script exclusively utilizes DX components; there are no custom libraries such as DGS involved. All crucial data, including size, colors, fonts, and icons, is organized in a table, providing you with the flexibility to modify them easily according to your preferences.

ATENTION!

The login panel is functioning perfectly in a pristine version of Owl Gaming. However, if you have made any modifications to the account system, particularly on the server side, then the notifications might not work as intended. This is due to a modification I made to the `triggerClientEvent`, where I removed an argument from it. Additionally, the email verification process and the initial roleplay test has been removed.
