PICKA - Instragram Extension

Turn Instagram followers into real dates with one spin

Tinder shows you strangers. Instagram shows you people you already want. PICKA is the missing dating layer for Instagram — one random spin turns your followers into a real-life date. No swiping. No fakes. Just your world, randomized.

Stop Scrolling. Start Dating.

You have 1,000+ followers. You like their stories. You watch them for years. Yet you go on Tinder to swipe strangers 2km away. Why?

PICKA fixes that.

PICKA is the first opt-in dating pool for Instagram.

How it works:

🎡 1. Opt-in — Connect IG, join your city pool (Bari live with 87+ members)

🎲 2. SPIN — Get one random, mutual opt-in profile from your extended network. No endless grid.

📍 3. DATE — Pick a real local spot (Vero Caffè, La Ciclatera) and send a DM invite.

Why it's different:

• No strangers — only people in your IG universe who opted-in
• No swiping fatigue — one spin, one shot
• No catfish — GDPR compliant, no scraping, real IG profiles only
• Local-first — we drive you to real bars, not endless chat

Built as an unofficial extension by @antoniolobbiz in Bari, Italy. Not affiliated with Instagram.

We don't find you a match. We spin the one you already have.

Maker Comment (post this as first comment after launch):

Hey Hunters! Antonio here from Bari 👋

I built PICKA because I was tired of seeing my friends swipe strangers on Tinder while having a crush on someone who liked all their stories for 3 years.

So I asked 87 people in Bari: "Would you opt-in to be randomly matched with people who already follow you?"

They all said YES.

PICKA Beta V1.0 is live. It's the CTA Instagram forgot to build.

Would love your feedback — what city should we launch next? And yes, we have a 300x300 transparent logo that actually looks good on dark mode 😅

Spin it and tell me what you think!
