USA: Free shipping, delivery in 4–6 business days

Jamaica: $46 USD shipping, delivery in 4–6 business days

All shipments include a tracking number, which will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs, carrier delays, or other factors outside of our control.

Taxes & Duties:

Returns & Refunds:

For hygiene and quality reasons, wigs cannot be returned or refunded once they have been installed, styled, or washed. Please carefully inspect your wig upon delivery. Any defective items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product in their original condition, with all packaging intact. Claims made after 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
