Trader Identity Shift

Trader Identity Shift is a trading psychology playbook for traders who want to understand the habits, emotions, and identity patterns that keep them stuck. It focuses on discipline, emotional control, probability thinking, and building the mindset of a professional trader.
Inside the playbook, traders will go through concepts like emotional awareness, the discipline framework, revenge trading, hesitation, greed, letting winners turn into losers, probability-based thinking, and the identity shift required to trade with more consistency. It also includes trade journal pages and reflection prompts to help traders review the trades they took, why they took them, whether they followed their plan, and what needs to improve.
I built this from my own experience as a full-time futures trader. Over the years I’ve generated hundreds of thousands trading the markets, earned close to $100,000 in prop firm payouts, hit my first $30,000 month from prop firms, and passed multiple prop firm accounts. I’ve also experienced the mistakes a lot of traders go through — blowing accounts, revenge trading, overleveraging, and letting winning trades reverse because of psychology.
That’s why I built this playbook. I know trading success is not just about strategy. A lot of traders already know enough to make money, but they still struggle because of psychology. The market will always expose impatience, fear, greed, lack of discipline, and emotional decision making. This playbook was built to help traders understand those patterns and start operating more like professionals.
