WHAT THE TOOL DOES

Set item prices, acquisition costs and ordered quantities. Assign products to arbitrary participant IDs; record distributed, returned, sold and delivered units. Manually enter cash/electronic receipts and actual refunds. Review participant balances, event totals, unaccounted or undelivered units, and expected versus counted cash.

Print a private event closeout, export formula-defended CSV, save manually in your browser, and transfer records with validated JSON backups. Learn using two clearly fictional examples: one reconciled and one intentionally unfinished. Screenshots show actual fictional demonstration output, not customer sales or earnings.

INCLUDED

One ZIP with a self-contained HTML tool, readable HTML guide, start-here instructions, two fictional JSON demos, internal-use license and SHA-256 manifest. Extract first and open the HTML in a desktop browser with JavaScript enabled. No account, server, subscription or spreadsheet app is required. Desktop Chromium was tested; other browsers, mobile workflows and physical printers are not certified.

IMPORTANT LIMITS

USD only. One event and one inventory batch. Returned stock must NOT be reissued in this ledger. Inventory acquisition is assumed funded outside the tracked cash period. Read the guide and verify real inventory/receipts yourself before signoff. Up to 100 items and 500 assignment rows; whole quantities 0-10,000 and money $0-$1,000,000 per field.

No sponsorship/pledge ledger, participant-credit allocation, tax calculation, live payments or bank integrations. This is not an Excel/Google Sheets workbook, app-store application or supplied print-ready PDF.

PRIVACY

Use arbitrary IDs, not children's names or sensitive information. Browser saving is manual, device-specific and NOT encrypted or a cloud backup. Portable JSON backups are strongly recommended. Files/reports can expose whatever you enter; keep them private.
