Marooned

A short story—

Logan thought the galaxy owed him something—obedience, pleasure, power. When his brutal crime aboard the pirate ship Albatross jeopardizes a high-value ransom, Captain Bartholomew exacts punishment by marooning him in a stripped ship with just enough supplies to suffer slowly. But Logan isn’t ready to die. When a freighter named Pegasus drifts into sensor range, he sees a chance to survive—and dominate once more.

What he doesn’t realize is that the captain of the Pegasus is playing a game of her own.

Marooned is a gritty, suspenseful sci-fi tale of power, punishment, and poetic justice among the stars. Not everyone gets the ending they want. But some get exactly what they deserve.

Warning: Marooned includes mature themes, including a scene of sexual violence. Reader discretion is advised.
