Drawing from everyday life, nature, biblical wisdom, spiritual principles and practical self-awareness, it examines why old patterns can become limiting even when they once served us well.

This is an invitation to recognise when a season has changed, loosen your attachment to familiar methods, and develop the awareness to meet what is in front of you now.

Because growth does not always mean that the old was wrong.
