When I started competitive bodybuilding at 16, I knew it was the career path I wanted to pursue. This transformation was completed within 4 months. A completely new person with a completely new outlook on how physical action combined with knowledge creates results that no one can deny. I am an enhanced bodybuilder by choice, this does not mean I do not accept natural clients, but my forte is bodybuilding chemistry. Brad came to me with a very simple goal, which was getting in shape for his next vacation, he's in his early 50s, a full-time business owner, and has a messed up rotator cuff that prohibits him from raising his left arm to even shoulder height. If you tell me "I want to gain 50 pounds of muscle naturally in a year." I'd tell you you need to further educate yourself on how the body works and how fast it can accumulate muscle tissue. Even for the most genetically gifted athletes with extreme steroid abuse that is still an unimaginable long shot. Expect this: I will talk to you about your goals and what is realistically possible if you can absolutely dedicate yourself towards the goal you have set, and I will get you there. I don't deal with people with easy to break mentalities, I deal with people who have had enough of their current situation, and won't give me a bullshit excuse as to why "THEY CAN'T!" I deal with with people who are eager to learn and progress, and have a no quit attitude.
