Pincén is a psychiatric patient of Dr. Rodriguez. After failing to respond to drug treatment, he will try ECT treatment. Unfortunately, the drugs have weakened his heart, and he doesn't withstand the current, requiring resuscitation.
In the ICU, he has a seizure and flatlines. Despite Dr. Rodriguez's efforts to revive him, Pincén experiences a final seizure and is ultimately declared dead.
