New Moon in Taurus- Online Circle Recordings (audio, video & journalling prompts))

Tune into the powerful grounding energy of Taurus the Bull, and perform your own New Moon Ritual in this guided circle.

This is a recording of my New Moon Circle, and in this video & audio, I will guide you through the following steps of a New Moon ritual:

• Release any habits or patterns that you recognise are no longer serving you. Anything causing you pain or discomfort, will be shed during the first part of this ceremony- a guided hypnosis journey.
• Use the journalling prompts to see which area of your life you would like to call in more pleasure, comfort or security.
• Embody the version of yourself that has already let go and made the changes you need to make. In the second trance journey of this recording you will journey to the future version of you who is already living in harmony with your desires.
• Finally, the intention setting, still tuning into your unconscious mind in a hypnotic state, you will make plans for the next smallest steps that are going to take you on your journey.

You can revisit this riutual again and again for any New Moon, or you can use the Guided Release and Embodiment & Intention Journey at different times of the month when you are ready to cut ties or call in change.
