DOWNLOAD PREVIEW ABOVE

The highest measurable brainwave frequency. Composed for it.

The Solar Plexus Chakra and Crown Chakra opens under the Full Moon and Waxing Gibbous. The element of Fire and Ether holds you. This is the music for during peak hours, 10am-2pm.

At 45.00 Hz, this 72-minute track holds you in the gamma state through five simultaneous layers: binaural · monaural · isochronic · heartbeat · breath. Heartbeat at 60 BPM. Through-composed, non-looping.

Your resting heart rate is approximately 60 beats per minute. So is the heartbeat layer in this track. So is the breath layer. The music moves at 30 BPM - exactly half. Everything in this track is calibrated to the rhythm your body already knows.

Most entrainment products use one layer and call it sufficient. Some use two. This track uses five - not because more is always better, but because different nervous systems respond differently to different stimuli. This track doesn’t require you to know which type you are.

The companions of 45.00 Hz: Red Jasper for grounding · Ginger for opening · Intense storm as the world behind the world · Steel · Burnished leather.

Major is the mode of arrival. The sound of something being resolved rather than sought. For a nervous system that has been bracing against uncertainty, this is precisely the signal it needs to begin releasing.
