Dewlap Prowler is a green iguana operating a modified police interceptor, patrolling territories humans claimed through paperwork rather than presence. Dewlap Prowler figures if his kind can be labeled invasive for simply surviving where they were abandoned, then every bulldozer and strip mine qualifies for the same charge.
