Our Disciplinary Code and Procedure is designed to prevent all of that by giving every manager in your organisation a clear, step-by-step guide to handling disciplinary matters correctly every time. It includes a full schedule of offences across three categories (minor, serious, and gross misconduct 37 offences in total), a 5-step hearing procedure (investigation → notice → hearing → outcome → appeal), a separate poor performance process distinct from misconduct, a special categories section covering harassment, social media, AI misconduct, and corruption, and a complete employee acknowledgement page so there is no dispute that staff received and understood the Code.
