Route 2: First Real Packraft Trip

A gentle packraft journey across connected lakes and quiet mountains. The starting point of this route is located by the road about 80 minutes from Seljord (in Telemark), 55 minutes from Åmot (in Telemark), or 25 minutes from Valle (in Agder) by car.

Includes a map excerpt with suggested launch points, camp locations, portage guidance — and quiet advice.

Designed for a easy overnight with packraft: short distances, sheltered waters, and a few beaches for resting. Suitable for adults with kids.

Important notes before purchase:

• The route starts and ends at different locations. (Approximately 20 minutes by car between the two points.)
• It is possible to modify the trip to start and end at the same place if preferred.
• Extra care is needed when visiting this area in May and early June, due to the calving season for wild reindeer. Keeping distance helps reduce disturbance.
