For small WooCommerce stores picking ordinary products manually. Enter the internal order ID, open the private sheet and use browser Print / Save as PDF. Order records are unchanged; shipping contact details are off by default.

REAL WALKTHROUGH: The gallery shows the actual sheet for synthetic test order #2011. It is not real customer data. Pending status is displayed, not permission to fulfil an unpaid order.

BEFORE YOU BUY: No tax invoices, bulk printing, labels or shipment tracking. Personalization text and variation attributes are excluded; inspect those separately in WooCommerce. Email ymktchic@outlook.com with your workflow and versions for a fit check. Do not send customer data or credentials.

Create a private picking worksheet for one WooCommerce order at a time. Enter the internal order ID in Tools > Packing lists, then use your browser Print / Save as PDF command. No order changes, emails or extra services.

Included: installable GPL ZIP, original PHP source, readme and testing/support notes. Sheet shows order status, snapshot item names, current SKUs, ordered/refunded/net quantities and a manual picked column. Optional shipping recipient/address is OFF by default. Prices, billing, phone, email, notes and arbitrary item metadata are excluded.

Verified pilot: WordPress 7.1.3, WooCommerce 11.2.0, PHP 8.5.11, SQLite, legacy order storage and Twenty Twenty-Five. 35 integration, 11 HTTP and seven package/syntax/bootstrap/official scan checks passed. Browser Tools form submission and private no-address sheet verified. HPOS compatibility declared through WooCommerce CRUD, but no HPOS matrix tested. No actual payment, email or physical printer test. Scan success is not WordPress.org approval or an independent security audit.

Limitations: no tax invoice, carrier label, built-in PDF engine, bulk print, barcode, packing status or shipment tracking. Maximum 200 product lines. Net quantity subtracts recorded quantity refunds, not previous shipments, replacements or amount-only refunds. Order status is displayed, not enforced as payment/fulfilment permission. Cancelled/refunded orders may be viewed: verify before picking. Variant attributes and customizations must be checked in WooCommerce separately. SKU uses current product; deleted products show blank SKU. Both manage_woocommerce and edit_shop_orders capabilities plus a nonce are required. Keep admin responses uncached and printed/saved copies private. Test on staging first; no broad compatibility or load claim.
