  • The customer reviews the repair cost (associated products) and validates the invoice.
  • Once validated, the repair process can commence.
  • Order Completion:
  • Mark the ticket as finished once the repair is completed.
  • The customer receives a notification email with a link to finalize their order.
  • Ticket Management:
  • Customers can edit their tickets if needed via their account page.
  • As the admin, you have full control to edit or delete tickets from the module's admin page.
