These are exercises that I currently do myself, at this present moment to achieve both strength and my physique. However, I understand that this may not be possible for everyone, so I have given brief prompts on what to do to adjust the weights based on your current levels and needs. I have also mentioned when to know when you need to be increasing the weight. You can progress to the next level when you feel ready enough.


I do both the 5 day and 4 day split, depending on whether or not I have time. The 4 Day split is a lot more time friendly if you have school or work to complete, however both are just fine. If you require personalised adjustments be sure to DM me on either tikok or Instagram. This split is designed so that you can effectively hit the same muscle groups in one week, which is honestly the best way to maximise both your strength and physique gains.
