Meal Planner with Auto Grocery List: Plan the Week, Print the List (Excel)
Pick your meals for the week from a dropdown and the grocery list writes itself: the right amounts, grouped by store section, minus what is already in your kitchen.
- Week Plan: breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack for seven days. One cell doubles every recipe if you are cooking for more people.
- Recipes: your own recipes, one row per ingredient. Room for 40 recipes and 400 ingredient rows.
- Ingredients: your master list of up to 150 foods with a unit, a store section and a "have at home" column.
- Grocery List: only what you still need to buy, sorted by store section, ready to print or open on your phone.
- Six example recipes show how it works. Clear them and add your own.
Good to know
- Excel file (.xlsx). Also opens in Google Sheets and LibreOffice. No macros.
- Setting up your own recipes takes about 20 minutes the first time. After that, a week takes about 5.
- It does not include a recipe book or nutrition information.
