A real working web app (single HTML file, no install, runs offline in any browser) to track spending against a monthly budget per category. Log expenses with date, category, amount and a note, set a budget for each category, and watch a progress bar that turns red when you go over. See your total spent this month at a glance, filter by category or month. All data saved locally, export/import as JSON anytime. Built for anyone who wants budget control without handing their bank details to another app.
