This song was written during a very difficult season in my life, to inspire my children and myself when we were facing deep financial hardship. We had very little, but we held on to faith.

Every dollar I had went into recording this song. The studio director did not offer discounts or flexibility, and I was unable to afford revisions or corrections. I had to release the song exactly as it was, with what I could manage at the time.

Despite the struggle, this song stands as a testimony of perseverance, belief, and belonging to God even in moments of lack. It reflects trust in the Most High when circumstances say otherwise.

This song is not about perfection — it is about faith, survival, and hope. I believe that "Faith Without Works Is Dead". I never gave up.
