Schools & Services Membership

What's included in your membership?

CBT with Me School/Services Membership

Practical, ready-to-use mental health support for schools, created by a trained psychotherapist.

One membership gives your school scripted programmes that teachers, teaching assistants, ELSAs, SENCos and pastoral staff can deliver without specialist training, plus the guides and resources behind them. Everything is written by a trained psychotherapist with experience of delivering group programmes in schools, CAMHS and the NHS.

1. School sessions

Complete programmes, ready to deliver. Each session has a slide deck with scripted facilitator notes and timings, a handout or activity sheet, and guidance on delivering safely, including clear ground rules and signposting.

  • Brave Steps for Pupils: five whole-class sessions of about 45 minutes for ages 7 to 11. Pupils meet their “worry brain”, learn to be their own coach, become worry detectives, take small brave steps and learn to keep going. The slides are illustrated and the activity sheets are child-friendly.
  • Brave Steps for Parents: a five-session course for parents and carers of children aged 5 to 11 who struggle with anxiety. It helps parents understand worry and gives them practical CBT-based skills to support their child at home.

2. CBT guides

Practical, plain-English CBT guides for the staff who support children and young people. Current guides cover social anxiety and low mood, with more on the way.

3. The resource library

Full access to our growing library of CBT worksheets and resources, ready to print and use in one-to-one work, small groups or the classroom. New resources are added regularly.

Custom worksheets on request. Members can ask for worksheets made on a specific theme, pupil need or curriculum gap, such as school transitions, exam panic or anger in the classroom. Each is created by a trained psychotherapist.

Built for real schools

  • Ready to deliver: scripted notes and timings, so staff can run sessions with confidence.
  • Safeguarding built in: clear signposting and guidance on what to do if a pupil discloses something.
  • Skills, not just awareness: the programmes teach practical CBT tools, not only what anxiety is.
  • One licence: one price covers your whole school.

Coming soon

New programmes and guides will be added over the coming months at no extra cost to members.

  • CBT guides for OCD and generalised anxiety, currently in development.
  • Secondary school modules for PSHE and tutor time, one topic at a time, covering areas such as anxiety, low mood, OCD, exam stress and sleep.
  • Staff wellbeing sessions to support the adults in your school, including looking after yourself and responding when a pupil is struggling.
  • International edition notes with terminology and local helplines for schools outside the UK.
