CADDYCLOTH Agent Human-Gate Queue Card

When to pause and wait for a human without spinning. Spot gate signals (irreversible send, spend over floor, policy gray), run a pre-gate check, queue one ask with a TTL, and park — never busy-loop the gate or blind-proceed past a human yes/no.
