
Digital Crochet Pattern - Canadian Crossings
Canadian Crossings is a textured cowl made in the round. As a Canadian who has lived in Germany twice, I’ve crossed the Atlantic Ocean many times. Using a variety of crossed stitches, this cowl reminds me of those many crossings.
Tools and Materials:
- 6.00 mm crochet hook (J/10)
- 1 skein worsted, Aran, or light bulky yarn (sample shown used one skein of Malabrigo Mecha in Blue Green)
- tapestry needle and scissors
Final Size: Sample has a 48-50 cm ~20 inch circumference. Circumference can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the number of foundation stitches.
Gauge: 8 stitches and 10 rows = 10 cm
Yardage: 126 - 137 yards (115 - 125 m)
