7v7 Flag Football Playbook: Offense Coach Kit (24 Plays, Wristband Cards & Practice Plans)

More than plays. Everything you need to run the team.

New to high school flag football, or moving up from 5v5? This 7v7 flag football playbook is built for the NFHS 7v7 game used in high school girls flag football: no rush line, one forward pass, QB runs allowed, and screens with no contact. Every play is drawn for that game, and every page tells you what to do if your state changes a rule.

WHAT'S INSIDE (6 printable PDFs, 54 pages)

• Playbook (34 pp): 24 plays on 1 page each, across 7 formations: quick game, flood concepts, screens, runs, 2 trick plays and try plays for 1 and 2 points. Each page has the diagram, every player's job, the QB read in order, the hot answer vs a big rush, and coaching points.

• State-change tags on every play: 7-yd rush line, no QB run, no downfield screens, pass-only zone. You'll know right away what still works.

• Rules Dial: tells you which plays to cut or add if your state changes a rule.

• Wristband cards + QB menu (5 pp): they match the playbook numbers, so the call is the same everywhere.

• Coach call sheet (2 pp): sorted by situation: opening script, short and long to the zone line, vs zone, vs pressure, red zone, tries, keeping the ball when trailing and the 2-minute drill.

• Practice plans + install (8 pp): an install order for all 24 plays, a tryout / first-week plan and 6 practice plans (75–90 min).

• QB read + run sheet (2 pp): the reads, when to run and what to do if your state bans QB runs.

• Teaching sheets (3 pp): route tree, legal screens and ball security / flag pulling.

Good for: high school varsity and JV flag coaches, first-year programs, and coaches moving up from 5v5.
