Cole Brennan runs a salvage yard on a bad back and a stack of invoices that do not care about weather. The cash job after dark is supposed to be wreckage and a quiet envelope. What comes up instead are names the bay was supposed to keep, the kind of story marine insurance would like to file as electrical. His deckhands know better.
