Alma Slipover
This colourwork slipover features a scandinavian style colourwork pattern along the hem. It is worked from the bottom up in the round.
This pattern is named after my niece, Alma. I designed this colourwork motif for her and there is a whole family of patterns with this same motif!
Design notes
The body of the slipover is knit in the round from the bottom up.
Work is divided at underarm and front and back pieces are worked separately from there. From neckline each shoulder is worked separately.
Shoulders are joined with 3-needle BO.
Armhole and neckline edgings are picked up along the neckline and armoholes and are worked in corrugated ribbing in the round.
