Tuttering Blues is a psd coloring inspired by Tutter from Bear and the Big Blue House. This psd coloring is people of color friendly. This coloring focuses heavily on blues, cyans, greens, and browns. Reds and oranges become brown. Magentas, pinks, and purples become blue. Yellows may become white.
