The Best Things Shawlette (White Christmas Inspired) - Knitting PDF Pattern

Christmas is a wonderful time of year in the Almon household; every Thanksgiving, we put up our Christmas decorations, have a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner, and watch the 1954 Irving Berlin classic, White Christmas. We’ve watched the movie so many times that renditions of its show-stopping numbers can be heard in the house year-round. This year, we thought we’d show our love for this movie by releasing a four-pattern White Christmas inspired collection.

This shawlette is inspired by “The Best Things Happen While You’re Dancing” number, where Vera-Ellen and Danny Kaye have a magically romantic dance. Knit in a pink and grey that perfectly match Vera’s and Danny’s outfits, and with an intriguing “spin” stitch spine and knitted-on border, this shawlette is light enough to wear while swirling down the pier of a Florida nightclub.

So get your needles and yarn, and remember that even guys with two left feet come out all right if the girl is sweet! Happy knitting!
