Emergency Kit

If you have Endometriosis, your emergency kit may require some additional considerations.

In emergency situations, such as storms, conflicts, evacuations, or disruptions in electricity or water supply, access to pharmacies, healthcare services, and hygiene products may become limited.

For people who live with Endometriosis and/or Adenomyosis, preparing in advance can make a significant difference. With this in mind, we have created a list of items that can be included in an emergency kit, taking into account the needs associated with these conditions.

This kit does not replace the emergency kit recommended by authorities, such as those advised by Civil Protection services. Instead, it is a complementary resource designed to help people with Endometriosis and Adenomyosis better manage their symptoms and needs, helping to reduce the physical and personal impact in times of crisis.
