*YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK .PSD FILES TO USE THIS BASE! this base is simply too large and complex to provide my usual 'drag and drop' .png alternative. i will be sure to update if this changes in the future.

usage:

- u may use for customs, refs, adopts, etc.

- u may use it on ur page or wherever else

- u may use parts separately as long as i remain credited

- u may not remove my signature

- u may not resell / distribute

- do not claim as your own

important:

- due to past experiences with some android devices not being able to work the layered .psd files properly,

i will not be giving out refunds to those unable to work the .psd/.sai files on their device.

sorry for the inconvenience, i am doing this to not lose money thru refunds and to make things easier.
