Skinny to Strong 2.0: The Complete System
Skinny to Strong 2.0 is my full training and diet system, built around your schedule instead of the other way around.
This is how I train now: twice a week per muscle group, legs at home, while in university and playing football.
My machine shoulder press is 40kg, my incline bench is 32.5kg a side, my machine flat chest press is 45kg a side and my weighted pull ups are 30kg. Everything that got me there is in this book.
It's built on progressive overload, Reverse Pyramid Training and simple rules you can follow without overthinking. You'll know what to train, how heavy to go, when to add weight and what to eat.
What's inside:
- 8 full routines for 2, 3 and 4+ days a week, with a simple flowchart to pick yours
- A home version of every exercise, so no gym is not an excuse
- Reverse Pyramid Training explained, plus a simple rule for when to drop the weight
- Warm ups, rest times and how much weight to add, with real examples
- A plateau guide. What to check first, then a swap table for every exercise
- Neck training. The thing most skinny guys skip
- A full diet system. Protein and fat targets, how to find your calories, and how to know when to eat more or less
- How to track food you can't weigh, like gravy and your mom's cooking
Who it's for: skinny and skinny fat guys who want to build muscle, get stronger and stay lean, without living in the gym.
Already have 1.0? It still works. 2.0 gives you more options, more detail and everything I've learned since.
