Your Content Pipeline Reviewed + a Written 30-Day Automation Plan — $169 one-time. Fast, Cheap & Confident.
Your store isn't the machine. It's the shop window. The machine is everything behind it — and for most one-person sellers, the machine is memory, sticky notes, and good intentions.
You know the symptoms. A video sits finished on your phone for a week because posting it means six manual steps. A pitch you sent last month never got its follow-up because nothing reminded you. A buyer emails that their file never arrived, and you fix it by hand, again. None of that is a talent problem. It's a pipeline problem — and pipelines can be written down, stage by stage, and put on rails.
This audit is that writing-down, done by someone whose own shop runs this way: scheduled posts, a content backlog queue that drains on a rhythm, buyer files that deliver themselves, follow-ups that fire on their dates. You answer one honest questionnaire about how your operation actually runs today. You get back one written document — your Autopilot Plan.
What the plan covers:
- A stage-by-stage review of your pipeline — Create → Schedule → Post → Deliver → Follow-Up — each stage marked for what's working and what leaks
- The leaks, named plainly — the missed follow-ups, the missing backlog, the manual delivery steps, the chores you rebuild from scratch every cycle
- A concrete 30-day automation plan, sequenced week by week, using free or standard tools: a scheduler rhythm, a backlog queue with simple rules, delivery checklists, and a follow-up calendar so no pitch or reply dies quietly again
What this is, plainly: a plan only. Nothing is built, installed, or configured in your accounts under this service. You implement the plan yourself, week by week — or book a build later (see the credit below). The plan is written for a one-person or very small operation selling digital products; it assumes no team and no paid software beyond what you already use.
Your accounts stay yours. I never ask for your password or login access — for this service or any other, ever. The intake form says so in writing. Everything is reviewed from the answers you send; nothing of yours is accessed, logged into, or touched.
This is not the Shelf Audit. That audit ($197) reviews your STOREFRONT — listings, prices, covers, presentation: what a buyer sees. This audit reviews the OPERATIONS behind the store — what only you see. Different object, different plan; neither service does the other's job, and buying one does not include the other.
How it works:
1. Buy this listing. The one file you receive is the intake & welcome PDF — what happens next, plus the operations questionnaire (about 20 minutes). On Payhip it is sent through your buyer portal after purchase.
2. Fill it in honestly and email it back. "We don't do this" is a real and useful answer.
3. Your clock is 5 business days from COMPLETE intake — not from purchase. When your complete intake lands, I confirm your delivery date in writing.
4. Your Autopilot Plan arrives by email as one PDF — reviewed by me personally before you see it.
5. One clarification round is included — ask within 7 days of delivery. It covers questions about the plan, not a rewrite.
Capacity, honestly: at most 2 audits are in flight at a time. If both slots are full, this listing says waitlist — and it means it.
Lateness = full refund: if your plan isn't delivered by the confirmed date, you may take a full refund instead — just reply to the email thread. (Holiday squeeze: the window doubles to 10 business days during Nov 23–26 and Dec 21–25 — stated before your clock starts.)
Changed your mind before sending your intake? Full refund, just ask.
The build credit: if you book Hub-in-a-Box ($999) or the DFY Hub Build ($1,999) within 30 days of your plan's delivery, your full $169 audit fee is credited toward the booking — you pay $830 or $1,830 more, and your plan doubles as the build's starting brief. After 30 days the credit expires; the plan is yours to keep either way.
What you do NOT get: any building, installing, setting up, or configuring in your accounts (that is Hub-in-a-Box or the DFY Hub Build, booked separately); a storefront review (that is the Shelf Audit); a rewrite after delivery; ongoing consulting after the clarification round; and any result promise. Automation saves time and stops dropped steps — it cannot promise sales, income, traffic, or followers, and this plan doesn't.
FAQ:
Q: What exactly do I download when I buy? A: One file: the intake & welcome PDF. On Payhip it is sent through your buyer portal after purchase. The Autopilot Plan itself is written after your intake and delivered by email as one PDF.
Q: When do my 5 business days start? A: When your COMPLETE intake arrives. Not at purchase. I confirm your delivery date in writing.
Q: What if my plan is late? A: Full refund on request — just reply to the email thread.
Q: Do you need my store login? A: Never. The whole audit runs off your questionnaire answers.
Q: How is this different from the Shelf Audit? A: The Shelf Audit ($197) reviews what buyers see. The Autopilot Audit reviews what only you see: how content gets created, scheduled, posted, delivered, and followed up. Separate services; neither includes the other.
Q: Will you set the automations up for me? A: Not under this listing — this is the plan, not the build. Booking Hub-in-a-Box or the DFY Hub Build within 30 days credits your full $169 fee toward it.
Q: What tools will the plan tell me to buy? A: None, as a rule. The plan is built around free or standard tools. If a step genuinely needs a paid tool, it's named as optional with the free alternative alongside.
Q: My operation is tiny. Is this overkill? A: If the questionnaire shows there's nothing material to plan, I'll tell you and refund you before any clock starts.
Q: Can the plan cover a team or an agency? A: The plan is written for a one-person or very small operation. If your intake describes a larger team, I'll say so honestly and refund you before any clock starts.

As the well known saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words. Add image with text sections to your sales page to visually strengthen the message your page is trying to convey. For example, you might want to introduce yourself with a profile image, showcase a smiling student or highlight something else with an image.
