Wording Check
Send up to three product descriptions, labels or posts. I mark the phrases that could break UK advertising rules and suggest wording that still sells your scent. £39, delivered within 5 working days.

Send me up to three texts: product descriptions, labels, website copy or social posts. I check what they claim, phrase by phrase, against UK advertising rules on health, medicinal and germ-killing claims.
• Your text marked up, phrase by phrase
• A safer alternative for each flagged phrase, with the reason and the source
• One round of review, by email within 5 working days
When you check out, you’ll be asked to paste your texts, so I have everything I need to start.
Please note: this checks what your words claim. It doesn’t review your formula, your product’s safety or your CLP label.
I’m Patricia Cruz, founder of Sana Essencia. I translate scent science into plain English, and I built the wording checker in the free Blend Studio around the UK advertising guidance from the ASA and CAP.
I read your texts the way that guidance does, flag anything that could be taken as a health, medicinal or germ-killing claim, and suggest wording that still sells your scent. I’m not a lawyer, so for anything high-stakes, please also check with a regulatory adviser.
Paste up to three texts below (product descriptions, labels, website copy or posts) so I can start as soon as you’ve paid. Tip: the free wording checker in the Blend Studio gives you a quick first pass.
Do you check my formula or whether my product is safe?
No. The Wording Check looks only at what your words claim. Product safety, CLP labels and cosmetic safety assessments stay with you and your suppliers or assessor.
What counts as one text?
One product description, label, web page section or social post, up to about 300 words.
Will my wording be guaranteed to comply?
No one can guarantee that. I flag phrases that UK advertising guidance treats as risky and suggest safer wording, with the reason and the source for each one.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days for a full refund. If you ask me to start sooner and then cancel, you pay only for the work already done.
