This 12-week is designed to help golfers maintain strength, power, and mobility throughout the season — without fatigue or soreness that affects performance. Each of the 3 weekly sessions (45–70 minutes) blends efficient strength work, rotary power training, and mobility drills proven to improve clubhead speed, and reduce the risk of injury.
You’ll progress through three evidence-based phases:
- Base Phase: Build stability and reinforce quality movement.
- Strength Phase: Maintain strength and control under load.
- Power Phase: Convert strength into speed for longer, more efficient swings.
