The Voice of God Made Simple

From the thunder of Sinai to the whisper on Mount Horeb, from a boy's name called in the night to the Shepherd's voice His sheep still know today, Scripture is full of a God who speaks. The Voice of God Made Simple is a Bible-first walk through those moments: the thunder on the mountain (Exodus 19), Samuel learning to answer (1 Samuel 3), Elijah and the still small voice (1 Kings 19), the Good Shepherd whose sheep hear His voice (John 10), discerning the stranger's voice (1 John 4), obedience as the proof of hearing, the written Word as God's settled voice, the Holy Spirit's daily leading, costly obedience, seasons of silence, the discipline of stillness, and the call to go and speak.

Explicitly Trinitarian: God the Father whose voice called the worlds into being; Jesus Christ — Son of God and Son of Man, Lord and Savior — the Good Shepherd who calls His own sheep by name; and the Holy Spirit, who alone opens deaf ears and gives power to obey. Freedom and deliverance come only through the Holy Spirit, never through willpower alone. Every prayer is to the Father, through Jesus Christ, by the Holy Spirit.

Read one chapter a day. Come honest. Read slowly. Listen well.
