Small Business Inventory Tracker

An inventory spreadsheet for small shops and makers. Add your products once, then log stock in and out. On-hand counts, stock value, cost of goods sold, margins and a reorder list are calculated from the log.

Good to know

Works in Excel 2016 or later and Microsoft 365 on Windows or Mac, and in Google Sheets on a computer, phone or tablet. There are no macros or add-ins. To use it in Google Sheets, upload the .xlsx to Google Drive, open it with Google Sheets, then choose File > Save as Google Sheets.

Opening stock is your count on the day you start. After that, record changes in the stock log rather than typing over On Hand.

This is a digital download, so nothing is shipped. You can download the files from your Etsy Purchases page (or the Payhip link) right after you buy. Sample names and figures are fictional.
