December Countdown Cards

Twenty-four cards on three sheets. Print, cut along the dotted lines, do one a day.

Nothing on these cards has to be bought, glued or planned. Day one is a Christmas book under a blanket. Day four is driving around after dark and rating the lights out of ten. Day seven is picking one toy each to give away. Day eleven is breakfast for dinner. Day seventeen is pajamas on at four o'clock, which is the whole activity. Day twenty-three is doing nothing, deliberately, all evening. Day twenty-four is setting out the food for Santa and the reindeer.

The last eight are the quietest ones on purpose, because that is the stretch when everybody is tired and it matters most.

Use them as an advent calendar, put them in a jar, or hand one over at breakfast. No dates are printed on the cards, so a missed day costs nothing.

Undated on purpose, so the same file works every year.

US Letter and A4 are both included. Print it as many times as you like, in your own home.
