My Journey
For much of my life, I believed that my worth was tied to how I looked.
Like many women, I struggled with low self-esteem, body dysmorphia, disordered eating, and the constant feeling that I needed to change myself in order to be enough. I chased diets, restrictions, and unrealistic standards, believing that happiness and confidence were waiting on the other side of a smaller body.
What I eventually discovered was that the problem was never my body.
The problem was my relationship with myself.
Through years of studying fitness, nutrition, mindset, wellness, spirituality, and feminine health, I began to understand that true transformation doesn't come from punishment, restriction, or self-criticism. It comes from alignment.
When we align our thoughts, our habits, our nourishment, our movement, and our connection to ourselves, lasting change becomes possible.
