For each service it shows

• Real hourly rate at the price you charge today

• Break-even price: the lowest price that pays your target hourly

• Cost floor: the price that only covers costs. Never quote below it.

• Suggested price: target pay plus your profit goal, rounded up

• STATUS: LOSES MONEY, BELOW TARGET PAY, BELOW PROFIT GOAL, or ON TARGET

• Trip fee / job minimum, plus optional distance bands

• Price per foot: current, break-even and suggested, so you can build a per-linear-foot rate card

Card fees, vehicle cost per mile, fixed monthly costs and a tax set-aside are all counted. Owner pay and business profit are kept separate so you can see both.
