Staging & Crew Chief

First thing in, last thing out, and everything happens on top of it

Staging is the first thing in and the last thing out. Everything everybody else does happens on top of it, which means the staging crew works while the floor is empty and again when it is empty, and is blamed by four departments in between for anything that is not level.
