The Peeper Special Edition returns with issue #3, which features redneck Billy G's Barefoot Baloney Bash event! It's Billy G's birthday, and his wife, Becky Sue, plans out a celebration that Billy himself says is one of his "redneck dreams come true"--the Barefoot Baloney Bash! The event combines Billy's love of being barefoot and eating baloney sandwiches into a food and culture festival the likes of which no city slicker has ever seen! Issue covers the full story and includes other redneck attendees who pose with Billy for some birthday photos! Also includes special guests

magician Johnny Pizazz, Mr. Peepers (in an early Redneck Peepers appearance), and Billy's truck driver brother, Wilbur Hydrick! Issue includes two pages of Barefoot Baloney promo ads Billy G created to invite people to come out, and special trading cards (but in digital form here) commemorating the event! "The Peeper Post" letters page is also included in this issue, and features a distressing letter from redneck Hick B. Loney about his failed attempt to get to the bash due to a wheelchair gang of bullies called the River Rollin' Thrashers!
